Throughout our process of developing leaders in our community, we strive to ensure that we foster an environment for our members to achieve their personal and professional goals. LEAD Schools
(Leadership and Excellence for Deltasigs) LEAD Schools are offered every fall, and LEAD Provincial Conferences are offered every spring. Held in different cities and areas of the country, LEAD events help you become a better leader and make connections with your fellow Deltasigs.
